Program Details:

- 6 Week Schedule
- Everybody plays. Every game!
- There are No Tryouts, No Drafts, and No Fundraisers!

Teams and Division:
Teams are organized in divisions based on the age of the child. Age groups are co-ed and break down in minors and majors age divisions, but some modifications may be necessary based on final registrations. Depending on age group and format, teams consist of 6-9 players on the rosters and coached by a Volunteer Coach.

Practice:

Practices are conveniently held on game day - just prior to the game, making this league a ONE DAY commitment for both the player and coach. Practices start 30-35 minutes prior to the game, depending on age group, making it a once-per-week commitment for kids, parents and coaches.

Equipment:

- An official i9 Sports Reversible Jersey is provided and included in your fee.
- An official i9 Sports hat is provided for use each game day at the fields.
- Players may wear baseball pants, shorts or sweatpants.
- Rubber cleats or sneakers (No metal spikes).

Coach & Buddy Requests:

We do allow you to request to play with a buddy or specific coach during the registration process. We will do our very best to honor as many special requests as possible, however they are NOT GUARANTEED. Requests will be honored in the order in which they are received. Requests may be denied because a child is too old or young, a roster is full, or the coach is not coaching during the season.

****PLEASE NOTE**** While player requests are encouraged, if a group has greater than 5 or more buddy request together, that group must provide a volunteer coach for their team.

Awards:

Each week one child from each team will be awarded an i9 Sports Sportsmanship Medal for demonstrating the value for that week. They will also have the opportunity to take home a Sportsmanship Yard Sign to put in their yard the week they recieve the sportsmanship award. All players will receive a participation trophy at the end of the season.

Coaches & Referees:

All coaches are VOLUNTEER COACHES and undergo a background check. Umpires / officials undergo a background check and are trained to ensure the highest level of professionalism during all games.

Call for Coaches:
Want to become a coach? Not sure how? Not a problem! We have a coaches guide, weekly practice plans, coaching videos, playcards and practice drills as resources. We also provide a pre-season coaches meeting. Out programs are only as successful as our volunteer coaches. Please consider volunteering as a coach as we are always looking!

Staff:

There will be an i9 Sports Site Manager on site to assist in programming details and provide support to players, coaches, and parents. All staff members undergo a background check.

Weather Cancellations:
If we lose a weekend of games prior to Easter Saturday (4/8), we will use that as our first rainout makeup date. If we lose any weekends after Easter weekend due to weather, we will make them up on Saturdays after 4/29. We will do the best we can to make up any dates past the make-up dates, but please keep in mind we cannot control the weather. Because of all of the costs built into running our league, we cannot provide refunds for dates missed after our make-up dates are used. We will exert all avenues to ensure all games in a season are played (double headers, week night games if needed, etc).

Registration/Refund Policy:
After the final deadline, any remaining available positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you are registered after the deadline, you may still make buddy or coach requests but they are not guaranteed. There will be NO REFUNDS after the final deadline. If for any reason your child can no longer participate, we can transfer your child's registration to another sport or season.
