Program Details:

Inaugural Girls Only flag football Instructional league!
6 Week Schedule + 1 Tournament Day
Everybody plays. Every game!
Week 1 is our "Opening Day" weekend where we will have our normally scheduled practice with a scrimmage game afterwards. Week 2 begins the regular season.
There are No Tryouts, No Drafts, No Fundraisers.
Teams are organized in divisions based on the age of the child. Teams consist of 8-12 players.
Each division will have 2-6 teams depending on number of kids sign up.
Age-Appropriate development that allows kids to learn and enjoy Flag Football at their age level.
We reserve the right to change the age groupings based on final enrollment.

Practice:
Practices are conveniently held prior to game, same day. Practices start 30-45 minutes prior to the game, depending on age group, making it a once-per-week commitment for kids, parents and coaches.

Equipment:
- An official i9 Sports Reversible Flag Football Jersey is provided and included in your fee.
- An official i9 Sports flag belt is provided for use each game day, Flags need to be return to staff after each game.
- Players may wear shorts or sweatpants (No pockets or belt loops and NO RED - includes No red stripes).
- Rubber cleats or sneakers (No metal spikes).
- Mouthguards are required at all times during play. Sold on site for $5.

Awards:
Each week at least one kid from each team will be awarded an i9 Sports Sportsmanship Medal for demonstrating the value for that week. All kids will receive an i9 Sports Participation award. Junior division will also have a chance to win a Divisional Championship or Runner-Up trophy.

Coach & Buddy Requests:
We do allow you to request to play with a buddy or specific coach during the registration process. We will do our very best to honor as many special requests as possible, however they are NOT GUARANTEED. Requests will be honored in the order in which they are received. Requests may be denied because a child is too old or young, a roster is full, or the coach is not coaching during the season.

****PLEASE NOTE**** While player requests are encouraged, if a group has greater than 5 or more buddy request together, that group must provide a volunteer coach for their team.

Coaches: All Coaches are VOLUNTEERS (usually parents) who have agreed to participate with our program. They will lead weekly practices and administer weekly sportsmanship medals.

Coaching is both rewarding and fun! If you are interested in learning more about coaching with i9 Sports, please visit the “Become A Coach” page of the website or sign up during the registration process. As a thank you for Coaching, our Volunteers will receive a free coach shirt, 5x7 picture, weekly practice plans, and pre-season training. Easy, Convenient, and Fun!!

Sports Officials: All Sports Officials are i9 Sports Certified and undergo a background check to ensure your child’s safety. Sports Coordinators/Officials are i9 Sports Employees who oversee each sport. They serve as a point of contact for Volunteer Coaches and are available to fill-in for teams where a volunteer is unavailable. They also serve as officials during gameplay.

On-Site Managers
There will be an i9 Sports Site Manager on site to assist with programming details and provide support to players, coaches, and parents.
All Coaches and Staff members undergo a background check to ensure your child’s safety.

i9 Sports Families
It is the essence of the i9 Sports Experience to have families attend practice and games to cheer on their athlete(s). We encourage at least one parent or guardian to join in all game day activities as a spectator, motivator, and role model. Let's work together to put the "fun" back into youth sports!

Weather Policy:
There is one weather make-up date added to the end of the schedule. If we lose a weekend of games to weather, we will make them up on this date. Any additional dates lost may or may not be made up based on Field availability. We will do all we can to make all the games happen.

Interactive Website:
You can register to play, access schedules, view standings, team/player statistics, review game rules, and get the latest league news on our website. The website is updated on a regular basis so please check the site often.

Registration/Refund Policy:
After the final deadline, any remaining available positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you are registered after the deadline, you may still make buddy or coach requests, but they are not guaranteed. There will be NO REFUNDS after the final deadline. If for any reason your child can no longer participate, we can transfer your child's registration to another sport or season. After first week of the season, No registrations transfers/credits will be issued.

Miscellaneous:
·Games are played: Outdoors on grass field.
·Restrooms: Port-o-lets on-premises.
·Seating: Please bring a chair as there are no bleachers/seating at this location
·Picture Dates: There will be pictures. Date TBD.
